1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and pk565.org ("pk565," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the pk565 website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting services, and all associated features and functionalities (collectively, "the Platform").

Your use of the Platform, including registration of an account, deposit of funds, placement of any wager, or access to any game, constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a pk565 account, make any deposit, or place any wager. pk565 does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances. If pk565 becomes aware or reasonably suspects that a registered player is under 18 years of age, pk565 will immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any wagers placed while underage. Any funds deposited by an underage player may be returned net of any promotional funds received, subject to pk565's discretion.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one registered account on pk565 at any time. Registering multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk565 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus funds and winnings attributable to the duplicate accounts.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update this information if it changes. You must not impersonate any other person or entity or use a name you are not authorised to use. pk565 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time.

2.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of pk565 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. pk565 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in your jurisdiction. Players accessing pk565 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own legal risk.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

pk565 is required under its operating framework to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

3.1 Required Documents

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back);

3.2 Verification Timeline

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is complete. pk565 shall not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

3.3 Right to Request Additional Information

pk565 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including in connection with large or unusual withdrawal requests, account security reviews, or compliance requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk565 Login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access your account.

pk565 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security. You must notify pk565 customer support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

pk565 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, subject to pk565's own negligence.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk565 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods are subject to change. The current list is always displayed in the pk565 cashier.

5.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Deposits are credited to your pk565 wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. pk565 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. pk565 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and may be subject to delays during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Third-Party Transactions

Deposits made from a payment account not registered in your name are strictly prohibited. pk565 reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold withdrawals where third-party transactions are identified, pending investigation and, where appropriate, return of funds to the confirmed payment source.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk565 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sport, which are available within the relevant game or sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game or sports betting rules, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or betting market.

pk565 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it is determined that the bet was placed on a market that was opened or priced in error, where the relevant event has been abandoned or not concluded within the prescribed time, or where there is credible evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation.

All game outcomes on pk565 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics. pk565 does not manipulate outcomes. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are accurate and verified by independent third-party testing laboratories.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

pk565 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, maximum bet limits whilst a bonus is active, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

pk565 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. pk565 also reserves the right to exclude individual players from specific or all promotions where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of promotional abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk combination bets to fulfil wagering requirements.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on pk565 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false name;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other account interaction;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in table games, poker, or any other multi-player game format;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Depositing funds from proceeds of illegal activity;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate deposit transactions after wagering;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards pk565 staff or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

pk565 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of your account dashboard and include:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;
• Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits;
• Session duration reminders and maximum session time settings;
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account deactivation for 24 hours up to 30 days); and
• Self-exclusion (indefinite or time-limited account deactivation).

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register during their exclusion period; any such account will be closed and any funds returned.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

pk565 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• A player is found to be or suspected of being under 18 years of age;
• KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified;
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• An account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• A player has self-excluded or requested voluntary account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, pk565 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is for reasons other than breach, the remaining balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk565 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual materials, is the property of pk565 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of pk565.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk565 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

pk565's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pk565's liability for death or personal injury caused by pk565's gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

pk565 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account on pk565, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk565 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pk565 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pk565 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Non-material amendments may be made without prior notice. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is identified by the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the Platform's operating licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and pk565 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk565 from seeking injunctive or other urgent equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
